About

I love to study human behavior, and I have found myself to be one of the most readily available participants in this study! My own thoughts and behaviors are often amusing to me, and the inherent lightness of my world perspective has offered comfort to clients in times of distress, when things feel painfully real. I exude an optimism that my clients have reported to be comforting, and clients often leave my office feeling both hopeful and more relaxed.

I have been a practicing therapist since 1995, and my experience includes family therapy, couples therapy, individual therapy and sex therapy, as well as group and addiction therapy, play therapy and inpatient therapy.

I also have a lot of fun gardening, canning, cooking, recipe-finding, hiking, camping, traveling, exploring metaphysical topics, listening to channeled aliens and spending time with my two adult sons.
