No, I do not. I choose to primarily practice Intuitive Therapy with a very "coach-like" style. This simply means that while I am an excellent listener, I will also give lots of feedback based on my own intuition, observations, education and over 20 years of experience as a therapist. You will leave each session with a list of behavioral suggestions that you may practice at home towards your goal(s).

Nevertheless, my work is heavily influenced by the work of these practitioners: Esther Perel, David Deida, Terry Real, Diana Richardson, Kim Anami, Darryl Anka, Montauk Chia, Mira Kelley, Richard Bartlett and Brian Weiss - to name a few!

  • Individual Therapy Session, one hour (with or without sex therapy): $150.00
  • Couples Therapy Session, one hour (with Darryl Keil, and including sex therapy): $225.00
  • Past & Parallel Life Regression, up to 90 minutes: $150.00

No, I have chosen to end my prior contracts with all insurance companies. I made this choice because I found that the time spent negotiating with insurance companies compromised my focus on my clients.

I accept personal checks, cash, credit cards and HSA

All sessions are one hour except for past life regressions, which are up to ninety minutes. Longer sessions for any of my offerings are always available upon request and prior scheduling.

I have a home office, and it is in Brunswick, Maine. It is four miles off of exit 28, from Route 295.

That is entirely up to you. Sometimes clients will get what they need in one session, and other times clients are looking for longer term, ongoing support towards their goals. Weekly sessions are typical, and bi-weekly sessions are also a very common choice. I also have clients who come in once a month for many months at a time. It is really a very individual choice based on intention, financial ability and scheduling compatibility.

Absolutely! Couples therapy can be instrumental in bettering communication, fostering emotional intimacy, negotiating big decisions or even separating amicably.
