Individual Therapy

Our brains are so fascinating and complex. With one simple thought we can shift our experience from pleasure to pain, and vice versa. The mind is its own entity - separate from our emotions and our body. Exploring and challenging our thoughts, stories, dreams and visions can have a profound effect on both our experiences and our relationships.

Healing the mind can be as simple as learning to focus differently or entertaining a new perspective. It can also be as complex as exploring and examining one's experiences, stories (about self and relationships), memories and beliefs.

Good counseling is a collaboration between counselor and client for insight, growth and change. My specialty is co-creating short term goals with measurable outcomes. The topics that we will examine and explore can be ever-changing and always as inclusive as possible. During counseling you may bring up and talk about any topic you wish. There is no topic that is "off limits."

A therapy session with me might include a number of different modalities besides traditional talk therapy. I may also offer such things as Past/Parallel Life Regression, Energy Work, Intuitive Therapy, Guided Imagery Meditations or Nutritional Coaching, for example.

The choice is always yours. I believe that taking action is the key to real change, so you will leave each session with a list of ideas for action that you may practice toward your goal(s), if you wish.
